The Sydney Mechanics' School of Arts Annual General Meeting will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, 9 March 2010 in the Mitchell Theatre, level 1, 280 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
Nomination to stand for election as a Director of the Board must be received by the Acting Secretary prior to 5.00pm on Friday 12 February. The 2010 nomination form is available either by downloading from the SMSA website, by collection from the Library or by emailing secretary@sydneymsa.com.au. Please note only the form denoted "Nomination Form 2010" is valid. Candidates who have nominated for election will have their profile displayed in the Library from Thursday, 18th February 2010 and these will also be available for review on the SMSA website, as required by The By-Laws (2006) clause 15.6.

Nominations for the Board of Directors of the Sydney Mechanics' School of Arts are now open.
Nomination Forms are available on request to the acting Secretary at secretary@sydneymsa.com.au, or can be collected from the Library. Alternatively, you may download the following file.

Please note the Nomination form has been amended for 2010 and all nominations must be submitted on the correct form.
Nominations will close on Friday 12 February at 5pm at the Secretary’s Office. Receipt of nominations will be acknowledged.
Karin Puels, who joined the Sydney Mechanics' School of Arts in March 2009, is moving on to other ventures.
As General Manager of the SMSA, Karin brought commitment and energy to her role and the School thanks her for her contribution.
We wish her well in her next endeavour.
The position of Secretary is now vacant. Ross Howard has been appointed Acting Officer in Charge.
